AI Champions
Champions who drive AI adoption inside their teams, with clear goals and a direct line to leadership.
I founded Glue in 2017 to build the human infrastructure that helps organizations grow. In the AI era, that's more critical than ever.
I grew up in Amirim, a small moshav in the Galilee, where community is simply how life works. Later, when I moved somewhere new as an outsider, I saw how fast people come together when the right people are connected around a shared goal. I've been doing that ever since, inside organizations.
How can an organization adopt AI, give its teams the right skills, and see real impact on its people and core operations? That's the question I work on every day.
AI is changing how work gets done. New workflows appear every week, professionals become Builders, and more of each day happens between a person and their AI. People need shared infrastructure to learn, set standards and grow together. My communities give them exactly that.
I build AI Champions communities, guilds and communities of practice that serve clear R&D goals: a shorter SDLC, higher velocity and faster time to production. I connect global strategy with local teams, and train community leaders and guild masters to measure their impact with clear KPIs.
Champions who drive AI adoption inside their teams, with clear goals and a direct line to leadership.
Professionals who share knowledge and set standards across teams, sites and countries.
Employees and leaders who tell the company's AI story, inside the organization and out.
Some of my projects are confidential, so they stay off this page. References are available on request.
I work inside the organization, side by side with your people.
From team leads to VPs, across every technology discipline.
Everyone can see what the community changes.
People enjoy the process, and that's a big part of why it works.
Talks from the engineering meetups I run with Israel's leading tech companies.
Each evening also brings engineering leaders on stage, from monday.com, SAP, HoneyBook and Wix. Watch their talks in the library
