Hadar Bismut Ltd., company registration no. 516361334, also known as "Glue" (hereinafter: "Glue" or "the Company"), develops and provides tools for organizations that help them build and sustain effective internal communities. Among other things, Glue guides managers and employees, develops and delivers professional workshops for builders of organizational communities, advises organizations on an ongoing basis and on building strategic programs, and creates training materials across a variety of media, such as podcasts, blogs, dedicated websites, and the like. Glue operates the websites https://www.glue-team.co.il/ and https://en.glue-team.co.il/ (hereinafter, together: "the Company's website"), and its services are provided both in face-to-face meetings and through various digital platforms.

In operating the website and providing its services, Glue collects and processes the personal information of its clients (hereinafter: "the Clients") and of the users of the website and its services (hereinafter: "the Users"). Use of the website and/or the services offered by the Company indicates the Client's or User's consent to Glue's privacy policy as detailed on this page, and that personal information provided to the Company while browsing the website and using the services will be processed by the Company. The provisions of this privacy policy are in addition to, and subject to, the terms detailed in the engagements the Company enters into in the course of providing its services.
Glue respects the privacy of its clients and the users of its services, and operates in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel and the relevant statutes, and in particular in accordance with the provisions of the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and privacy protection law (hereinafter: "the Law"). This page is intended to inform our clients and the users of our services about Glue's privacy policy regarding the collection and processing of personal information. The Company's Website
The Company's website allows clients and users to receive information about our services, access a "digital library" of professional materials developed or collected by the Company. The website is also used to coordinate various services, activities, and events offered by Glue, and you can sign up there for the Company's mailing list. When you use the website, Glue collects your personal information.
Contact Forms, the Newsletter and Embedded Content on the English Website
When you send one of the forms on the English website (contact, workshop request or a link suggestion for the library), the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, organization and message, are received and stored by Netlify, Inc., the company that hosts the website, and are sent to Glue by email. Glue uses these details only to reply to you and to handle your request.
When you sign up for the newsletter, your email address is sent to Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.), the service Glue uses to manage its mailing list and to send the newsletter.
Podcast episodes and talk videos on the website are played through Spotify and YouTube. The players load only after you press play, and from that moment the activity of these services is subject to their own privacy policies.
To understand how the English website is used, Glue uses Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.). It counts page views and visits in aggregate, without cookies and without tracking individual visitors.
These providers may store information on servers outside Israel, and their activity is subject to their own privacy policies.
Other Services Provided by Glue
In addition to the Company's website, Glue also collects personal information from clients and users when it operates other digital systems it uses to provide its services, as well as within the services it provides, which include, among other things, consulting, guidance, and leadership for organizations and communities, business and social events, workshops, conferences, and other gatherings.
What Are the Purposes of Collecting Personal Information and How Does Glue Use It? Are Clients and Users Required to Provide Us with Personal Information?
Glue requests personal information from clients and users in order to provide the services it offers, including for the ongoing operation of those services (such as running the website, contacting and coordinating with clients, tracking the performance of services, and the like).
You are not legally required to provide us with the personal information requested on the website, or personal information that the Company requests in other ways within the scope of providing our services, including through various digital platforms. However, in many cases we need the information in order to provide our services, and we will not be able to provide them to you if you choose not to give us the information. For example, you will not be able to coordinate services with us if you do not provide personal details such as contact information, and we will not be able to provide you with organizational or strategic consulting, or the various events we hold for our clients (such as consulting and workshops), without that involving the provision of personal information. At times we also request information intended to improve the service, though it is not essential to the actual provision of the services, for example in order to tailor the service to each client's needs. Even in such cases you may choose not to give us the information, but doing so may result in the service you receive being impaired, or in you not enjoying optimal service (or any service at all).
In addition, Glue sometimes uses personal information for the following purposes and in the following ways:
To track and analyze the services and products offered by the Company and how clients and users use them, to deliver the service optimally, to improve the service and how it is provided, and to develop new services and products. Among other things, we may track and analyze how contact is made with clients and visitors on the website, information about the behavior of users and clients, and the like. For this purpose we may use cookies, as well as Facebook Pixel software, Google Analytics, and the like. The activity of these entities is subject to their own privacy policies and is carried out under their responsibility, and clients and users are encouraged to review their privacy policies.
For advertising and marketing on our behalf, including to provide information about products and services we offer that is tailored to clients and users on a personal basis, according to their characteristics.
Creating and managing the relationship with clients and users, as well as sending advertising material and professional updates to clients and users who have provided their details for that purpose.
Handling requests regarding the review, deletion, and correction of information under the Protection of Privacy Law and the relevant statutes.
What Personal Information Do We Collect?
The personal information collected while using the website and while providing the Company's services (through digital platforms and by other means) may include the following details:
Identifying details and contact information such as name and phone number, ID number, address and email address; technical information collected incidentally to the use of the website and digital platforms; the name of the company where the client or user works and their role there. Such information is collected, for example, when people browse and fill in details on the website and when registering for the Company's services, when speaking with our customer service, and the like.
Personal information that you provide while we deliver professional services, for example while providing consulting services, while using the digital platforms operated by Glue as part of providing its services, while delivering strategy-building and organizational guidance services, within workshops and lectures, within experiential gatherings and enrichment and inspiration events, during conferences or social events, while shaping work processes together with Glue's teams, when content is created for the client's use in collaboration with Glue, and the like.
If, while using the website or within any service provided by the Company, you provide us with personal details of third parties (including children), for example personal information about other employees or about colleagues in your field, you must obtain their consent to do so, as well as their consent to the privacy policy detailed here and to the terms of use or regulations of the services we provide. Glue will not be responsible for privacy breaches that occur as a result of personal information being provided by someone who is not the owner of that information without appropriate consent from the owners of the personal information, or in violation of the law and the agreement by the party providing the information.
How Do We Collect and Process the Information?
We collect and process information through various digital and technological tools located on the website and on other digital platforms we operate in the course of providing the Company's services, including when users of our service log into the platforms using their personal accounts; as well as during communication and the provision of services to clients and users that takes place through non-digital means, for example within consulting meetings, workshops, and events. Among other things, the Company collects and processes personal information through platforms such as AirTable, Glide, Base44, Google Docs, and Google Sheets, and through AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude. The activity of third parties, including the entities that provide or operate the digital platforms Glue uses to provide its services, is subject to their own privacy policies and is the responsibility of those third parties. Our clients and users are encouraged to review the privacy policies of these entities. Glue reserves the right to update the types of digital platforms it uses, and the manner in which personal information is collected through them, from time to time.
In addition, Glue sometimes publishes on social media projects, events, conferences, workshops, and other activities it holds with the participation of the organizations it serves and their members (including employees and other participants), as well as various deliverables produced within these services. As noted, personal information is sometimes transferred to us through third parties, for example when organizations send us information about their employees within the scope of the services we provide. Transferring information in this way reflects the consent of the party providing it to the transfer being carried out in accordance with the law, and subject to the consent of the owner of the personal information to the transfer of the information and to the privacy policy. Glue is not responsible for the transfer of information carried out unlawfully or without appropriate consent from the owners of the personal information. As noted above, the provisions here are in addition to everything stated regarding the transfer of information in this manner, and to the Company's policy, as detailed in the agreements it enters into within the scope of providing its services, and subject to all law.
Cookies
Glue collects personal information through cookies. Cookies are files created by the device through which you browse the internet, including on the Company's website and on other websites the Company uses within the scope of providing its services. The files include information about your browsing patterns. Each user can change the settings regarding the use of cookies through their browser or personal device. Among other things, the use of cookies may transfer personal information to entities whose services Glue uses to track and analyze the services and products it offers, such as Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel (see details above).
Do We Transfer Information to Third Parties?
Glue does not transfer the personal information of clients and users to other parties and does not trade in the personal information of clients and users, except as detailed in this privacy policy. That said, it should be noted that freelancers who provide services to the Company for the purpose of and within its activity and the provision of its services are sometimes exposed to the personal information of clients and users. Likewise, as detailed above, Glue uses cookies and services provided by third-party entities to track and analyze the services and products it offers, such as Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel. Within this, personal information may be transferred to these entities.
In addition, we may transfer personal information to third parties in cases where a client or user has carried out or attempted to carry out illegal actions, in cases where a client or user has violated the terms of use of the website or of our services or for the purpose of investigating such violations, if a judicial order or other legal order is issued instructing Glue to provide the personal information, in order to protect Glue's rights and legitimate interests (including within legal proceedings or in the context of disputes, claims, and/or demands between the owner of the personal information and the Company), and in order to comply with requirements that apply to Glue under any law.
How Can You Contact Us to Review, Delete, and Correct Personal Information?
Every person has the right to review their personal information held by Glue, subject to the provisions of the Law. Likewise, a person who has reviewed their personal information and found it to be incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or out of date has the right to contact Glue with a request to correct or delete the personal information. Information Security
Glue makes a reasonable effort to secure personal information using the technological means available to it, and in accordance with the standards customary and accepted in the field. That said, Glue cannot guarantee that its services and the database in its possession are absolutely immune to unauthorized access, particularly with regard to accounts located on cloud data servers of external storage providers and/or on the Company's computers. The Company is not responsible for any damage caused as a result of unauthorized access to information, provided that it has taken reasonable security measures.
Direct Marketing
The Company's website allows you to sign up to receive direct marketing, through which you will be sent updates about developments in the world of building professional communities, guides, research, various tools for organizations to use, and the like. The Company also uses direct marketing to send advertising and marketing information about promotions, updates to the website, and the like. The Company reserves the right to update the content of the direct marketing sent from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, contacting a client or user in order to provide a service in connection with a purchase transaction, whether completed or not, does not constitute advertising and is not subject to the client's approval.
When you sign up for the Company's direct marketing list, you agree that the Company may send you email, text messages (SMS, WhatsApp, Messenger, and the like), and contact you in writing or orally, including with any advertising and marketing information about promotions, updates to the website, and the like. In the event that the contact details entered are shared with users other than the user who entered the contact details on the website, the user's entry of the details on the website will constitute a declaration and undertaking that the consent of the additional users to receive the direct marketing has been obtained.
The Company is not responsible for the non-receipt of a benefit, mailing, or anything else related to the content of the mailing due to incorrect contact details being provided or contact details not being updated by the user.
