Hadar Bismut Ltd. is responsible for setting up and operating the website en.glue-team.co.il. We place great importance on providing equal service to everyone and on improving the service given to people with disabilities.

We invest in making our website and digital assets accessible, so that the company's services are more available to people with disabilities.

Making the website accessible is intended to make it more available, friendly, and convenient to use for people with special needs, including those arising from various motor disabilities, cognitive impairments, nearsightedness, blindness or color blindness, and hearing impairments, as well as older adults.

Accessibility standard

This website was built to comply with Israeli Standard IS 5568 and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013, at level AA. IS 5568 is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) by the W3C. The site was built to the stricter WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines.

How the site was tested

• Automated testing with the axe-core accessibility engine against WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 at levels A and AA. No violations were found.
• A color contrast check of all text against its background, at the 4.5:1 ratio required for regular text.
• A keyboard navigation check: all links, buttons and forms can be reached and used with the keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
• A check that every moving element can be paused, and that animations stop when the "reduce motion" setting is turned on.

What we did on this site

• The site's navigation tools are simple and clear.
• The site's content is written in a clear, organized, and hierarchical manner.
• All pages on the site have a fixed heading structure (H1/H2/H3, etc.).
• All informative images on the site have alternative text descriptions (alt).
• The site is adapted for viewing in modern browsers and across a variety of screens and resolutions.
• A "Pause animations" button, available on every page, stops all moving elements.
• Animations stop automatically when the operating system's "reduce motion" setting is turned on.
• A "Skip to content" link lets keyboard users skip the main menu.
• The site supports keyboard navigation, with a visible focus indicator.
• Text colors meet the contrast ratios required at level AA.

Please note that despite our efforts to make all pages and elements on the site accessible, some parts or features may not have been made accessible properly, or may not yet be accessible.
